Playdia Interactive
About Playdia
Playdia Interactive delivers next-generation interactive entertainment — sourced globally, supported locally.
Playdia Interactive exists to bring people together through unforgettable, interactive entertainment. We source, supply and operate the machines and setups that turn ordinary venues into places guests remember — and return to.
What we do
We bridge the gap between world-class manufacturers and the venues that want their attractions. From a single arcade cabinet to a complete immersive room, we handle the hard parts: sourcing quality machines, delivering and installing them, and keeping them running — so you can focus on your guests.
- Supply — arcade machines, laser tag, photo booths, air hockey, claw machines, LED floors and more, sourced from trusted manufacturers.
- Operate — optional revenue-share partnerships where we install, service and maintain the attractions for you.
- Design & build — complete immersion setups, designed and delivered end to end.
How we work
Every venue is different, so every quote is bespoke. Tell us your space, your audience and your goals, and we’ll recommend a lineup and a commercial model — buy outright or operate together — that fits.
We’re building Playdia around long-term partnerships: reliable machines, straight answers, and support you can count on well after install day.
Leadership
Nathan Hicks
Director
Nathan has spent over two decades in leisure and entertainment operations, starting out managing venues in 2000 before working through operations and general management roles across bowling, laser tag and family entertainment centres. He spent 15 years as an independent leisure consultant, stepping into underperforming or short-staffed centres to fix operations, own the P&L and get brand standards back on track. Today he's a co-owner of LaserQuest and LaserMaxx venues across the UK, US and Canada, alongside a director role at Global Laser Solutions — hands-on, multi-site operator experience that's exactly why Playdia's LaserMaxx relationship works: Nathan isn't reselling equipment he's never run.
Oliver Wren
Director
Oliver brings over 18 years in enterprise software and subscription sales, most recently as Regional VP EMEA at ROLLER, the guest experience and booking platform used by leisure and entertainment venues worldwide. Before that he led enterprise sales teams at Salesforce and spent over a decade at Totaljobs Group, rising from account manager to Sales Director and building high-performing teams along the way. That mix of scaling sales operations and understanding how software actually gets adopted inside leisure businesses shapes how Playdia sells and supports its equipment.
